Jared C. Inman
Jared C. Inman is an attorney with extensive experience in business litigation and corporate transactions. Mr. Inman’s wide range of experience in both litigation and transaction matters gives him the ability to offer his clients a unique perspective on both and allows him to develop and implement strategies to achieve his clients’ desired result in any situation. Mr. Inman’s practice ranges from representing clients in all aspects of large complex litigation disputes, including, but not limited to, corporate, construction, healthcare, real estate, collection, and contractual matters, to representing clients in transactional matters, including, but not limited to, negotiating and drafting asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, phantom equity agreements, executive employment agreements, non-disclosure/non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and corporate organizational documents.
Mr. Inman attended law school at Southern Methodist University (SMU) as a recipient of the William L. Hutchison Scholarship, graduating cum laude in 2011. During law school, Mr. Inman was a staff editor of the INTERNATIONAL LAW REVIEW, a member of the San Diego Defense Lawyers trial advocacy team, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Carlos Cortez, Judge of the 44th Civil District Court of Dallas County, Texas. Mr. Inman also participated in SMU’s Legal Related Education Program where he volunteered his time teaching middle school children about the law.
Mr. Inman received his undergraduate degree in 2008 from Texas A&M University, graduating cum laude from the Mays Business School Honors Program with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. During his time at Texas A&M, Mr. Inman was consistently named to the Mays Business School Dean’s Honor Roll. He also worked part time writing articles for a student run news publication, THE MAROON WEEKLY, and was employed by a local law firm.
Mr. Inman was selected to be recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers, a publication of Thomson Reuters in 2020. He was also named to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 for Business Litigation/Corporate Transactions in 2021.
Mr. Inman joined the firm upon graduation from law school and is licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas. He is also licensed to practice before the US District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.
